Steven D. Ateshoglou received a B.S. in Finance from Fordham University,
College of Business Administration in 1983, and a J.D. from Tulane Law School in
1986. He was admitted to the New York Bar in1987, and was admitted to the United States
District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York in
1992. He has been actively engaged in the practice of law in New York since 1987, and has
represented clients in hundreds of cases in state and federal court, which included
numerous jury trials to verdict, and appeals in the Appellate Division, First and
Second Departments, as well as the New York State Court of Appeals.
Philip V. Aiello received a B.A. in English and graduated cum laude from New
York University in 1992. He received a J.D. from the Hofstra University School of
Law in 1995 where he was a member of the Property Law Journal. He was admitted
to the New York State Bar in 1996 and was admitted to the United States District
Court for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York
in 1999. From 1997 to 1999 he was associated with Dinkes & Morelli. He joined
Ateshoglou & Aiello PC in 1999, and has been a partner since 2001.
Thomas LoBue received a B.S. in Business Administration from Seton Hall University
in 1988 and a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 1991. He was admitted
to the New York State Bar in 1991, the Connecticut Bar in 1991, and the New Jersey
State Bar in 2005. He was admitted to the United States District Court for the
Northern District of New York in 1995, the United states District Court for the
Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York in 2001. He was in
the United States Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corps from 1991 to 1995, and
was awarded a Navy Commendation in 1995. He was a trial attorney with Travelers
Property Casualty Insurance Company from 1995 to1999, a senior trial attorney
for Firemen's Fund Insurance Company from 1999 to 2001, and a partner at Faust
Goetz Schenker & Blee LLP from 2001 to 2006. He has tried numerous cases to verdict
in state and federal courts. He became counsel to Ateshoglou & Aiello PC in 2008.
